1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
a. Service Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to other services at our discretion.
b. Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged for 50% of the full service amount.
c. Deposits:
Certain services require a deposit, which is non-refundable but may be applied toward future services if rescheduled within the appropriate timeframe.
2. Appointment Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure appointments.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling, and the cancellation policy will apply.
We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
3. Membership Policy (if applicable)
Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment.
Early termination may result in cancellation fees.
Membership benefits cannot be shared or transferred.
4. Consent to Treatment Policy
All clients must complete and sign consent forms before certain treatments.
Minors under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent.
