Payment Options

At JaeNix Med Spa, we aim to provide convenient and flexible payment options to suit your needs. We gladly accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle

  • Credit/Debit Cards

Processing Fees

  • Payments made via credit or debit cards will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

  • Payments made through Payment Plan providers will incur a 3.5% processing fee plus a 5% payment plan surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

At JaeNix Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

  • To avoid these charges, please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
