Jessica Boggs is a double board-certified nurse practitioner with certifications in both family medicine and emergency medicine. She founded Optimize by JaeNix after years of watching patients, particularly women, be dismissed by conventional providers who told them their labs were normal while their quality of life declined.
Her clinical approach is rooted in functional medicine. She uses comprehensive lab panels, thoughtful evaluation, and individualized protocols to address the root causes of hormone imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, and chronic symptoms that standard care routinely overlooks.
Jessica specializes in hormone replacement therapy for men and women, BHRT, testosterone optimization, medical weight loss using GLP-1 therapy, peptide therapy, sexual wellness, and direct primary care. She also offers medical-grade aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and microneedling.

Dr. Patel is the founder and CEO of Strut Health, a physician-owned digital healthcare platform launched in 2020 that expanded access to treatment for sexual health, hair loss, skin conditions, and wellness medicine. His work in digital health is built around one core belief: patients deserve faster access to personalized, evidence-based care delivered on their terms.
As Medical Director at Optimize by JaeNix, Dr. Patel provides clinical oversight, protocol development, and strategic guidance to ensure every treatment meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
