We assess total and free testosterone, pituitary signaling hormones (LH and FSH), estradiol, DHEA-S, and a complete blood count to determine the source of your symptoms and whether restoration therapy is appropriate. Labs within the last 90 days may be accepted in lieu of new testing.
Clinical Review and Treatment Plan
Your labs and symptom history are reviewed asynchronously by your provider. A personalized treatment plan is created if you are a candidate. Not all patients will be appropriate for this protocol.
Medication Shipped to Your Home
If treatment is initiated, your prescription is managed and fulfilled directly. Medication ships to your home. No pharmacy trip required.

Male Hormone Optimization Lab Panel
If you do not have recent labs, we can order a comprehensive hormone panel through Quest Diagnostics. This panel evaluates testosterone production, pituitary signaling, and overall hormonal function to determine the most appropriate treatment plan. Labs from within the past 90 days may be submitted in lieu of new testing.
Panel includes: CBC with differential and platelets, Total Testosterone, Free and Bioavailable Testosterone, Estradiol (sensitive), LH, FSH, DHEA-S. Lab order sent electronically. Completed at any Quest Diagnostics location.
This is a prescription-based therapy and requires medical evaluation. Labs are required prior to starting treatment. Not all patients are candidates. Ongoing monitoring may be required.
Already on testosterone therapy?
If you are already established on TRT or GLP-1 medications and have recent labs available, you may be eligible to enter directly into a monthly medical management membership after your Discovery Intake. Eligibility is determined by your provider to ensure safety and continuity of care.
