Fillers, Biostimulators
& Regenerative Injectables
in Dallas, TX
Dermal fillers, collagen biostimulators, fat-dissolving injections, and PRP and PRF regenerative treatments — all performed by a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner using an anatomy-based approach focused on natural, balanced results.
Structure, volume, and regeneration — not filler for filler's sake
Injectable aesthetics done well should leave people looking refreshed, rested, and like themselves — not overfilled or overdone. Our philosophy is anatomy-first. We assess your facial structure, soft tissue, and skin quality before recommending any treatment, and we match the right product to the right problem rather than defaulting to one approach for everyone.
This page covers our filler, biostimulator, fat-dissolving, and PRP and PRF treatments. Neurotoxins (Botox and related products) have their own dedicated page. Microneedling and hair restoration are also covered separately. Sexual wellness PRP procedures (O-Shot, P-Shot, Clitoxin, P-100) are on the sexual wellness pages.
Immediate vs Gradual Results
Fillers provide immediate volume and structure. Biostimulators build your own collagen over weeks to months for longer-lasting, more natural results. PRP and PRF work through growth factor release to regenerate tissue from the inside out. Most comprehensive treatment plans combine approaches.
Who Performs Your Treatment
All injectable and regenerative treatments are performed by Jessica Boggs, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ENP-C — a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner. All treatments are in-clinic only at our Dallas location near the Galleria.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers restore volume, define structure, and soften folds using hyaluronic acid-based products that work immediately. Unlike biostimulators, results are visible the same day and can be adjusted or dissolved if needed.
We use fillers with intention — to restore what has been lost or enhance what is already there, not to add volume for its own sake. The right filler in the right place at the right amount makes results look natural. Too much of anything, placed without anatomical reasoning, is how people end up looking overdone.
All filler products used are FDA-approved hyaluronic acid-based formulations. Product selection is based on the treatment area, tissue depth, and desired outcome.
Common Treatment Areas
Not all areas are appropriate for all patients. Treatment is based on anatomical assessment at your appointment.
Biostimulator Products
Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) that stimulates collagen production gradually over 3 to 6 months. Results can last 2 years or more. Ideal for global facial rejuvenation and volume restoration.
Calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres that provide immediate structural support and stimulate long-term collagen production. Also used for hand rejuvenation and jawline definition.
Biostimulators are not reversible like hyaluronic acid fillers. Treatment planning and realistic expectations are discussed thoroughly at your consultation before any product is used.
Biostimulators — Sculptra and Radiesse
Biostimulators are a fundamentally different category from fillers. Rather than adding a substance that fills space, they signal your body to produce its own collagen. The result is a gradual improvement in skin quality, firmness, and structural support that looks natural because it literally is your own tissue.
Sculptra typically requires a series of treatments spaced weeks apart and results continue to develop over months. Radiesse provides some immediate correction along with long-term collagen stimulation. Both are excellent for patients who want rejuvenation that does not require constant maintenance and does not look like they have had anything done.
Biostimulators are not reversible. This makes patient selection, dose planning, and realistic expectation-setting critical — all of which we prioritize before any treatment begins.
Kybella® and PCDC Injections
Kybella is an FDA-approved injectable containing deoxycholic acid that permanently destroys fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store fat again — making results long-lasting when maintained with a stable weight. PCDC (phosphatidylcholine deoxycholate) is a compounded alternative used for similar purposes in smaller fat deposits.
These are not weight loss treatments. They are precise contouring tools for patients who are at or near their goal weight and have small, stubborn areas of fat that do not respond to diet and exercise. Results develop gradually over several weeks as the body processes and eliminates the destroyed fat cells.
Multiple treatment sessions are typically needed. Downtime involves swelling and temporary firmness in the treated area that resolves over time.

What to Expect
PRP and PRF Treatments
Platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin are derived from your own blood and used to stimulate your body's natural regenerative processes. No synthetic substances, no foreign materials — just your own growth factors applied where you need them.
First Generation
PRP — Platelet-Rich Plasma
Blood is drawn and processed by centrifuge to concentrate platelets and growth factors. The resulting plasma is injected into the target area where it stimulates collagen production, cellular regeneration, and circulation.
PRP has a liquid consistency, allows precise injection placement, and releases growth factors relatively quickly. It is a well-established, widely used regenerative treatment.
Second Generation
PRF — Platelet-Rich Fibrin
PRF is processed without anticoagulants, resulting in a fibrin matrix that holds growth factors and releases them more slowly over days to weeks. This sustained release provides a longer regenerative stimulus and is often preferred for delicate areas.
PRF has a gel-like consistency and can also be used as a natural filler alternative in areas like the under-eye where synthetic fillers carry higher risk.
Facial Rejuvenation
PRP or PRF injected into facial tissue to improve skin quality, tone, texture, and radiance. Often combined with microneedling or used as a standalone injection treatment. Addresses early signs of aging, dullness, and loss of skin vitality.
BookUnder-Eye Restoration
PRF is often the preferred choice under the eyes due to its gel-like consistency and natural growth factor delivery. Used to improve hollowing, dark circles related to volume loss, and skin quality in the tear trough area — a zone where traditional fillers carry more risk.
BookMicroneedling Enhancement
PRP or PRF applied topically during or after microneedling allows growth factors to penetrate through the micro-channels created by the treatment. This combination significantly enhances the regenerative outcome compared to microneedling alone.

Frequently asked about fillers, biostimulators and PRP
What is the difference between fillers and biostimulators?
Dermal fillers add immediate volume and structure using hyaluronic acid and results are visible right away. Biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse trigger your body's own collagen production over weeks to months. Results are more gradual but longer-lasting and look more natural over time. Fillers are reversible with hyaluronidase. Biostimulators are not reversible.
What is the difference between PRP and PRF?
Both are derived from your own blood through a centrifuge process. PRP produces a liquid plasma with concentrated platelets that releases growth factors relatively quickly. PRF is a second-generation advancement processed without anticoagulants, resulting in a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors more slowly over days to weeks. PRF is often preferred for delicate areas like the under-eye and for patients seeking longer-lasting regenerative effects.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Longevity depends on the product, the area treated, and individual metabolism. Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last 6 to 18 months depending on placement. Lips metabolize filler faster than cheeks or jawline. Biostimulators like Sculptra can last 2 or more years as they build your own collagen.
What is Kybella and is it permanent?
Kybella is an FDA-approved injectable containing deoxycholic acid that permanently destroys fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store fat again — making results long-lasting as long as weight remains stable. It is not a weight loss treatment. It is a contouring tool for patients with small, stubborn fat deposits who are at or near their goal weight. Multiple sessions are typically needed and significant swelling is expected during recovery.
What is the Vampire Breast Lift?
The Vampire Breast Lift is a PRP-based regenerative procedure that uses your own platelet-rich plasma to support skin firmness, tissue quality, and sensitivity in the breast area. It does not add volume like an implant and is not a surgical procedure. Results develop gradually through growth factor stimulation over several weeks.
Can treatments be combined?
Yes. Many of these treatments work well together. PRP or PRF can be combined with microneedling for enhanced regenerative outcomes. Fillers and biostimulators can be used at different points in a comprehensive treatment plan. Neurotoxins and fillers are frequently combined to address both dynamic and static concerns. Your provider will recommend what makes clinical sense for your goals.
